Angelo + Dayanara

Met at Hispanic Church of God’s Youth Camp “Metamorphosis.” While Dayanara was playing basketball for the young adults team and Angelo was volunteering as a referee they caught each others attention. Soon after camp, she added him on facebook. However, it was not until almost a year later that he began engaging in liking her post and photos. Eventually a conversation sparked and they became “friends”. As Dayanara’s birthday approached, Angelo made plans to hang out with her. One thing lead to another, and needless to say, Dayanara had found her banquet date for that following year. They officially became a couple in October of 2015 and will be tying the knot in 2019.

How we met:

As far as me, I met Angelo first because we were both on the Tampa District Worship Team. A couple years later I briefly met Dayanara through working at the Church of God Campgrounds as a photographer. Around the time that they became engaged, I was offering an engagement session giveaway through instagram. Both Angelo and Dayanara entered, shared their love story, and eventually won my engagement session giveaway. It was totally meant to be!

Engagement Session:

At first it was hard to find a date to take their photos. Luckily we were all able to get together on a chilly Monday for their engagement session. It was definitely cold but we made it through it with the help of some sunshine, music, and good conversation. Dayanara and Angelo were amazing in front of the camera. Their chemistry made my job easy. I wish them both the best and am excited to see what the future has in store for them.
