Once we’ve personalized your collection, I’ll send over a customized contract and deposit invoice—simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Once both are received, your date is officially booked, and we won’t accept any other weddings that weekend. This is a fun, collaborative process, because we’re so much more than a team who just shows up on your wedding day—we’re with you every step of the way.

It’s your wedding day—the vision is set, the planning is done, and now it’s your time to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You can relax knowing we’ve got everything covered. We’ll step in when needed and be ready for any request, but we’ll also respect your space and the loved ones you’ve chosen to surround yourself with. Our approach allows moments to unfold naturally—just as they should.
4. yOUR Wedding day
Everything about your wedding matters—that’s why from the moment you inquire, you’ll receive a personalized Wedding Welcome Guide to ensure we’re the right fit. We’ll also schedule a discovery call to walk through your vision and help you choose the collection that best suits your wedding day. Every step is intentional, so you feel confident and cared for from the start.
1. inquiry & response
Just 24 hours after your wedding, you’ll receive your sneak peeks—because we’re just as excited for you to relive your day as you are! Seeing your wedding through our eyes is part of the magic. Your final galleries, both photo and film, will be delivered within 8–10 weeks depending on the season. We take our time to be intentional, thoughtful, and thorough—curating the best of your memories so each image becomes a legacy heirloom you’ll treasure forever.
